Their Mission, to empowers women who are suffering from Poverty, Disease and Low Self-Worth to become Self-Sufficient with Businesses of their Own and to Raise their Dignity through Tea Parties, Day Spas and Celebrating Women.
My friend, Jill Davey, she is one of the Organizer of Dress a Girl Around the World - Hong Kong Chapter had its first sew fest down at the Stanley Community Centre of Their First Chinese Dress a Girl night.
"This night came about because I shared my vision with my hairdresser Mamie and she inturn shared this with the social worker at her Community Centre in Stanley Hong Kong. Mamie volunteers her time by teaching hair dressing. So you can see by sharing the vision how this amazing project is growing each day." said by Jill.
The aim is to spread the message over the Asia Pacific Rim & to make 5,000 dresses and more.
