Oat Milk Breakfast, 1 of 2

Ending Up Long Holiday, time to be back in track ;-)
I used to Gain Weight Easy when I am stressful from Work.
Therefore, I spent a little time to re define my Daily Diet to prevent it happens again...
Well, 1st of all, I changed to have my Breakfast at home before work and I chose Oat Milk.
Oat Milk is high in fiber, is Cholesterol and Lactose free, and contains Vitamin E, Folic Acid, and other Trace Elements and Minerals. Oats are also Rich in Phytochemicals, Naturally occurring Chemicals in Plants that help Fight Diseases such as Cancer, Heart Disease, and Stroke. I have it few days and my body feels quite comfortable.
I heard that it helps to clean the body as well, so I'll keep to have it for 2 weeks and let you know more..
