Dress a Girl Around the World
I am going to attend the Sewing Event on Sat, targeting to make 100pcs dress at final stage workmanship.
My friend, Jackie, she is so kind to donate the inventory fabric as well as organize the pattern and cutting...etc.
I was working at her sample room in Hong Kong, trying to well prepare the primary works for the dresses ready for the Event...Cool Jenny Sewing Girl with No Make up ;-)

Images turn to the Productz - The Photo Shooting Story - Hakka Women Eco Friendly Bag

How amazing if we can turn the Image into Productz....and here we go!
This is a real story that I organized an Event by the HKPC group for Photo Shooting on 5th Dec 2010 at Kat Hing Wai Walled Village and I put the whole story onto the Product named - Hakka Women Eco Friend Bag.
I have been working for Product Development more than 20 years, so it is nuts for me ;-)
Checking with Hong Kong Art Development Council if we can apply the fund to work on the Project, will update ASAP.

Dress a Girl Around the World - Hong Kong Chapter - Part I

Hope 4 Women International is a division of Hope 4 Kids International, an organization that has been carrying hope around the world for 36 years. See their site HERE

Their Mission, to empowers women who are suffering from Poverty, Disease and Low Self-Worth to become Self-Sufficient with Businesses of their Own and to Raise their Dignity
through Tea Parties, Day Spas and Celebrating Women.

My friend, Jill Davey, she is one of the Organizer of
Dress a Girl Around the World - Hong Kong Chapter had its first sew fest down at the Stanley Community Centre of Their First Chinese Dress a Girl night.

"This night
came about because I shared my vision with my hairdresser Mamie and she inturn shared this with the social worker at her Community Centre in Stanley Hong Kong. Mamie volunteers her time by teaching hair dressing. So you can see by sharing the vision how this amazing project is growing each day." said by Jill.

The aim is to spread the message over the Asia Pacific Rim & to make 5,000 dresses and more.
