My Camping BBQ Food

I used to have lots of BBQ at my backyard when I was living in Palm Springs. I like to invite friends to my house BBQ or dinner gathering coz I like Cooking TOO MUCH!!
I used to cook for my ex ex ex BF in Perth of Australian/ Western food but he loves me cook Asian Food for him coz I made the Spring Rolls by myself not existing pack in the Supermarket, Veggie one and his friends LOVE my Spring Rolls, always COME, EAT, TAKE (Sorry, not the Movie - EAT, PRAY, LOVE.... ;-))
Well, going camping tomorrow, with BBQ dinner. I am tired of BBQ Package, so I have Pool with Luigi and Janice and I decided to buy Seafood for sharing together with those ordered BBQ Package. See what I shopped today???
OOO...someone has to work tomorrow, going to MISS Jenny's Seafood BBQ food, hehehe...
We have: EEl + Squid + Fish 1 + Fish 2 + Shrimps
Sorry I don't know the English Name of Fish 1 and Fish 2, have to learn tomorrow from friends, hehe..
The Eel, I clean their dirt on the surface of the skin with SEA SALT x 4 times, should be OK

This good box from my Mom to me, very high quality and expensive, imported one, something +-HK$400. 
My Mom liked spending $$ for shopping SO MUCH although she has health problem not shopping for 10 years. However, when I moved to this house last Jan, I didn't buy anything for my Kitchen, all from Mom's Kitchen except my belongs....I used to send my maid Juliet to her house every 3 months to throw away all expired food...

The Crabs, they are never my good friends...they bite me when I was Little Jenny, so I hate them and I eat them ALL.....!!! These little Crabs, only cost me HK$25, so cheap, still alive in my Kitchen now...
Did you see my finger nails in Nude?? Going to change to Dark Colour next week ready for Winter...
Smoked Fish in Shanghai Style, I made them as Snack for tomorrow having few pints together...why white paper at base? Coz it allows to absorb the oil from the fish, I did fries them very short time, the colour is from the dark soy sauce, not over cook.

Well, I can't wait tomorrow, still not sure if I can carry the heavy backpack coz I had problem on my previous camping...very concerned now...
