It is so kind of him, sharing the books and knowledge with me, supporting me grow.

Well, I won't disappointing him and everyone, starting to read the book "What To EAT" tonite before zzzzzzz.....290 pages. 

Of course, I'll share the knowledge with my readers. We all thank to you, Raju!!

My Camping BBQ Food

I used to have lots of BBQ at my backyard when I was living in Palm Springs. I like to invite friends to my house BBQ or dinner gathering coz I like Cooking TOO MUCH!!
I used to cook for my ex ex ex BF in Perth of Australian/ Western food but he loves me cook Asian Food for him coz I made the Spring Rolls by myself not existing pack in the Supermarket, Veggie one and his friends LOVE my Spring Rolls, always COME, EAT, TAKE (Sorry, not the Movie - EAT, PRAY, LOVE.... ;-))
Well, going camping tomorrow, with BBQ dinner. I am tired of BBQ Package, so I have Pool with Luigi and Janice and I decided to buy Seafood for sharing together with those ordered BBQ Package. See what I shopped today???
OOO...someone has to work tomorrow, going to MISS Jenny's Seafood BBQ food, hehehe...

We have: EEl + Squid + Fish 1 + Fish 2 + Shrimps

Sorry I don't know the English Name of Fish 1 and Fish 2, have to learn tomorrow from friends, hehe..
The Eel, I clean their dirt on the surface of the skin with SEA SALT x 4 times, should be OK

This good box from my Mom to me, very high quality and expensive, imported one, something +-HK$400. 
My Mom liked spending $$ for shopping SO MUCH although she has health problem not shopping for 10 years. However, when I moved to this house last Jan, I didn't buy anything for my Kitchen, all from Mom's Kitchen except my belongs....I used to send my maid Juliet to her house every 3 months to throw away all expired food...

The Crabs, they are never my good friends...they bite me when I was Little Jenny, so I hate them and I eat them ALL.....!!! These little Crabs, only cost me HK$25, so cheap, still alive in my Kitchen now...

Did you see my finger nails in Nude?? Going to change to Dark Colour next week ready for Winter...

Smoked Fish in Shanghai Style, I made them as Snack for tomorrow having few pints together...why white paper at base? Coz it allows to absorb the oil from the fish, I did fries them very short time, the colour is from the dark soy sauce, not over cook.

Well, I can't wait tomorrow, still not sure if I can carry the heavy backpack coz I had problem on my previous camping...very concerned now...

I was One of Them, hopefully I found myself since ending up 2 months long holiday, haha..
There was something very frustrating happened to me in the past 2 years and I swallowed it, sharing most of them with Sis and part of them with friends...
Then, I decided to have 2 months holiday reviewing my life...
At the end, I found, if something is happening to you, it will be happened...
Then, I met Him, I got a good Job and many Jobs keep offering...
Sharing my experience, a Good Personality, Passionate with Life and Positive Thinking are always the Winner!
I am going to read this book, hehe..

Metempsychosis of Buddhism, I would like to be his daughter again, no regret..
My Dad, he taught me to make Commitment to my Life, not him but Myself coz this is my Life.
I am proud of myself, I've never touch Drugs, not even one bite, coz he taught me to Love and Respect Myself.
I am at my age, I don't even smoke in front of my Parent (or Sis), not coz I am afraid but not to disappointing them....
This kind of Respect, it makes me to be a person who is "Considerable".
Thanks to my Dad of his Unconditional Love and Patient on me, guiding me, from such an Aggressive Nasty Girl to become a Real Lady...
His Soft, His Love is melting on me, I am able to share with anyone who needs.
He makes me feel I am treasured, a Pearl on His Hands.
Love is always around me, thanks God. I am blessed.

Mark Bullard, I met him on my Business Trip to Mumbai in 2009.

I called him 'Bull", he is a very good friend of my ex US Colleague, Mr D.
I knew him thru emails before my trip and he sent me email asking me which brands if I want....Oh Cigar!!

Women Talk: What do men want (from Women)?

Women have been trying to answer this question for ages, and shelves of self-help books try to resolve the differences between men and women by considering we're from different planets.

Many women ask the question "What do men want?" to their women friends and sometimes they'll ask their guy friends. If women would approach men with a few simple, effective guidelines, they'll be much more likely to get exactly what they want from men: a fulfilling, healthy, happy relationship.

Here are the guidelines:
1. Men want a fun and exciting (female) companion.
2. Men want great sex (consistent, frequent, and passionate lovemaking score high with men).
3. Men want to share meals with their woman companion (especially when she cooks for him).
4. Men want you to support them in their work and boost their confidence.
5. Men want you to look great, keep in shape, and express confidence about your body.
6. Men want you to listen to them and treat them with respect.
7. Men need private time, to unwind, to engage in sports and hobbies, and to spend time with other men.
