Mi New Family Member
If everything in the earth with LIVES. I have 15 new family members this week - The Little Bamboo...

*The Koala made from Real Kangakoo Fur, a present from my 1st Aussie Customer, Pat Morgan, the Co founder of  an International Surfing Brand, Rip Curl
*The Plants on the Pot at Left side, 3 of them, was brought from the backyard of my Previous House in Palm Springs. I couldn't save all plants, only small one but I gave most of them to my Neighbors.

I followed the Video to cook mi French Onion Soup this week....

I couldn't send the soup to my Parent to try coz it made from lots of Butter, not good for them, better not telling them...

I'll cook for Pok Pok and Yan Yan (the little boys from my younger bro), thinking how to give them secretly???

3 Onions Cut into Stripes

U may use the long chopsticks stirring at the beginning, it is easier...

Then, change to use normal way stirring....

Add Beef Stock

Mi Fresh Tomato Sauce vs Served Tomato Sauce

I posted last week of mi Fresh Tomato Sauce and I tried the Served Tomato Sauce to make Pasta Sauce this week...

Of course, Fresh Tomato Sauce, WIN WIN WIN x 3, the Served one with a bit sour....

This one I got @ Wellcome, HK$11, not as good as the fresh Tomatoes

I added carrot this time, remember we need 5 colours veggie?? White - Onion, Red - Tomato, and Yellow - Carrot, we have 3 colours now....

I put red wines, more sour...hmm...I'll try Chinese Rice Wine next time, coz tomatoes + red wine, not matching but Chinese Rice Wine with Sweet taste, should be good, will update later ;-)

Mi Camping Gear

Going to the beach camping this weekend for Star Trail Photo Shooting..well, Shameless to say, I don't even fully understand the mystery of Star Trail, learning and exploring now ;-)

Before that, I have my 70L backpack, hard to find a Pink One, I got it finally....

Mi Cooking
This week, I cooked the Italian Spaghetti Bolognese as per I posted a while ago. Not too bad ;-)

Well, I used to cook in Australian Style and the key factor of Italian Style (What she said from You Tube) I was putting Milk and Red Wine (not White Wine as per You Tube Video) but it is still good?? Of course, I cook the Tomato Sauce by my own from Fresh Tomatoes, I used US tomatoes this time, more juicy ;-)
I used Australian Beef this time but I like American Beef. 
*I'll find time to write something Australian Beef vs American Beef, then you know why I like American Beef...

See...hehe..will cook again for the kids from my younger brother..

Well, coming weekend, will be cooking French Onion Soup, seems it is quite easy though??

I posted this week re Goat Cheese, well, will see if I can find the Cheese Cloth in Hong Kong, then I'll make it, it's good for Party Food ;-), will update later.

I changed to use Black Sugar as my daily diet and I found that I don't go dizzy when I finished my Period, I bet it's from its rich Minerals? 
When I said Sugar, it reminds me, my Sugar Mouth Buddies (hehe), which part of you in the Universe Now???!!!!
Oh, when you see the photo below, did you see the price label? I shop food in a little shop not big supermarket always, coz it sells everything cheaper. If I save HK2 per each items, it's easy I can save $$ for extra Spaghetti for a Week ;-)

This Friday, not much to say....


Natural Hair Mask Treatment
Remember I posted a while ago, the "Homemade Honey and Olive Oil Hair Mask"? I tried the treatment 2 times this week. One in the Sauna, One at home. I reckon, the treatment at home is better than the one in Sauna. The treatment is quite sticky and the result is quite good, the hair is quite Soft, may be you can try one also?? :-)


Oak Milk Breakfast
Another posted, Oak Milk Breakfast, I have been having it for 2 weeks, also good result, 1 inche slimmer on my Belly :-)
Of course, I have 45 mins Gym every 2 days...

Mi Holiday Ending Finally
After +20 years working on Handbag Industry, I made my decision to allow myself to have a longer break - 2 months holiday and it will be end up by this week. Picking up and get ready to work by next week....
Oh yes, my work with travelling regularly to Shanghai, anyone up to Shanghai often? We can hangout THERE!
For sure, I'll have Photo Shooting in Shanghai, Shanghai Culture...will try to meet up with the Domestic Photographers as well..
I twisted my decision not going with my previous Work Plan coz I reckon I am getting old, I do not have the energy to run on the business and I get so tired, better staying under a Huge Work Umbrella + Good Paid + Personal Plan, I can balance my time on Work + Hobby, that's what the life for..!

Jenny was in the exhibition in Singapore, +10 years ago...
I am not sure if I can get back this waist line size...

I never leave BAG in my life since I finished my Diploma...
Yes, I don't have degree, only diploma and this is my regret to my parent but I am a Mature Student of MBA, just lazy to get start on the course....


Mi Work Cloth

I didn't expect I am back to Management Work, Executive Look and I hate it but this is life!!! Was thinking I won't be back so I didn't take well care of my Work Cloth, I have to check my wardrobe to see if I have enough for work otherwise I'll spend some time with Sis for shopping....
Yes, Sis is always my stylist. She knows what suits me the best....
This season Work Cloth, I just leave her to choose for me, see if she will do another good job. Sis knows me well, she always matches 20-30 sets of Fashion in a Boutique, and we'll spend the whole afternoon at fitting room. She wants me to know what suits the best on me. This is the way I grew up...

Mi House
Well, this week, not much to do but Cleaning My House. I am trying to fix everything in my house before my New Work, so I don't need to worry about it...
I am starting to clean my house by myself this year since I moved to live in a small apartment, I'll know myself better this way, where I put my stuff..
I used to live in a house at Palm Springs, House + Backyard + Fish Pond + Dogs + Maid...too many things to take care, I prefer Simple, Simpler (Someone used this word this week? Haha..)
The Trade Shoot Photo Sharing Event, it will be held at my house, this is the 1st Event at my house, small apartment, I guess it's cozy...but messsssy, haha..
Well, you'll find something with me long long time, my pictures on the wall, they were with me +20 years since my 1st apartment, Photo with frames everywhere - I like them everywhere so I remember the moment of shots when I see them...

Most of my good cooking are not for myself...kind of stupid, haha..
Of course, I cook most daily for myself, just simple one..
I am cooking some Trad Chinese Food to Dad & Mum, they have bad teeth, have to cook the meat very soft for them. I know they are looking forward to have dinner with me every week and I feel guilty if I am not seeing them weekly, I love them so much, xx

I used to have my Dream Wedding, the guests are waiting on the beach and my man is riding the Helicopter with me landing on the beach...Wow, so Powerful!
However, it doesn't really suit at my age now, may be we'll get Heart Attack before the Wedding...;-)
Well, I attended the Seminar talked by a Famous Wedding Photographer, was asking him how he can handle the job if the Bride is riding the horse with Gown??
Well, I like the Wedding on the movie Mama Mia, the Bride is riding the little horse to the Church on the hill...
Trust me, my Sis was holding me like the below picture when I was kid, she is 12 years older than me...

Italian Cooking
I love Italian Food.
Trying to organize The Italian Cooking Class by Hong Kong Partner Meet Up Group at Pantry Magic by mid of Nov, we are both looking for the Chef who fulfill my requested.
I would like to have the class, learning 3-4 courses, including Wine matching to each course + Brief Understanding of Italian Food on different part in Italy + Simple Italian Speaking when Dinning...

I did join the Cooking Class at Peninsular Hotel and Mama Kitchen in Causeway Bay, I feel Pantry Magic is a good venue, quite comfortable and Casual, lots of shopping too..
Will follow up on 15th Oct with Pantry Magic...

BYOB Wines Tasting

I was attending the BYOB Wines Tasting last friday by Tao Of Wines Meet Up Group.

The organizer, Bernie, he is a very nice guy.

Everyone bought one bottle of wine, and time providing for introduction and sharing...

Christine and I, we got one, of course, I chose Aussie wine from Margaret River...

This is a very good idea of BYOB Tasting.

Everyone got chance to research/ learn something for the event as well as preparing Introduction of the wine selected.

On the Event, I was suggesting that we should put some Creative Vitamin for coming event beside Wine Tasting, we need something interesting....

......well...something like...

Wine Manner - I was asked by a gentleman while I was in Perth, "Jenny, do you like the wine that I chose for you?", I was so sweet...

I like to watch a gentlemen, the way he tastes wine when dining...you'll get idea of his personality....hehe, I am not gonna to tell you..., xx

Wine Glasses - I was told, choosing wine glasses is an Art. The thickness, the Cure degree, The material....well, Bernie, I'd like to learn, can you help??

Definitely, Wine and Drinking Wine is a Knowledge, is an Art, like choosing a Lady you like, haha...I'll see if I have time to invest on these knowledge.

I like to attend most of the eventz by Bernie, he is not very commercial with very rich knowledge, you just feel warm gathering together plus meeting new friendz..

A friend of mine, Kiki just set up a Jewelry factory in Cebu, we were chatting on MSN, telling her the news in Live.

Kiki, an Artist, a Jewelry Designer for Very Famous Luxury Brands in Italy. She has very creative mind, well crazy one, haha..but really good works.

Her dad is an Artist, sketch and oil painting, influent her lots...

She did a great work on Leather Bag..and she used to have her little shop in TST selling her work.
